Our LAMA Server Infrastructure and Asset Management software module tracks all
aspects of municipal and county government infrastructure, including water,
sanitary sewer, stormwater, electric generation and distribution, streets,
fleet maintenance, and more. Infrastructure maintenance history and asset valuations are easily
captured, analyzed, and reported. The system is a full GIS wherein the administrators
can customize the data tracked to meet their individual needs, although the
default structure is robust. Project management features are included in this
software module, tracking both small projects and large CIP Projects. Software
capabilities include robust scheduling tightly integrated with the GIS. Coupled
with our Work Orders software system, infrastructure and asset maintenance history
is easily acquired and updated, and provides valuable insight when identifying
deteriorating infrastructure with the software. In addition, infrastructure and
assets not commonly associated with spatial information, such as vehicle, computers,
and furniture are easily tracked with the software. The module also sports AVL
tracking abilities, and can serve as the AVL software solution for your organization.
The module can integrate with subdivision information to generate GASB34 reports,
estimating the value and the depreciation of the infrastructure.
